Why is Armed Forces Day such a Big Deal in Bremerton?
Bremerton is known nationwide for our annual celebrations of Armed Forces Day. The Bremerton Chamber of Commerce has been celebrating Armed Forces Day in high style for over 50 years with Parades and Festivals to show our deep and enduring appreciation for those who have served, and continue to serve, in our nation's Armed Forces. The military is a fundamental part of our community here in Bremerton and throughout Kitsap County. Its culture runs deep in our heritage.
