On Tuesday, August 17, Bremerton Chamber of Commerce was privileged to host PSNS & IMF Commander, Captain Jip Mosman for our monthly membership luncheon at the Kitsap Conference Center. Our membership luncheons are always a highlight of our calendar and this month we were especially excited to welcome our guest speaker!

Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is Kitsap's largest employer and has been an important partner to local business since 1891.

At our August Membership Luncheon, you learned about what's going on and coming up at the shipyard while you enjoyed a fabulous lunch.

CANDIDATE CAFÉ: Bremerton Mayoral race & City Council Dist. 3

On Tuesday, July 13, Bremerton Chamber of Commerce was privileged to host candidates running for the offices of Mayor and District 3 City Council.  Bremerton community members packed the house, along with a cadre of attendees via Zoom, to meet and hear our candidates during the event's Q&A session.

Mayoral candidates in attendance included incumbent Mayor Greg Wheeler and  Bill Broughton.

District 3 City Council candidates in attendance included Bremerton's upcoming election Jeff Coughlin, Jim McDonald, Melissa Watkinson and Johannes Schonberg.

The Bremerton Chamber of Commerce promotes member businesses and provides leadership to enhance a positive business environment.

We are an association of businesses, focusing on facilitation, advocacy, education, and communication.

Like most chambers of commerce, the Bremerton Chamber of Commerce is a private, non-profit membership organization. Our mission is to promote and support our member businesses and provide leadership to enhance a positive business environment. This mission has helped the Bremerton Chamber become one of the largest chambers on the Olympic Peninsula as well as one of the most effective chambers in delivering benefits to our members and the community.

The Chamber offers many in-house services including extensive visitor and relocation assistance. The Chamber is also involved in many behind-the-scenes activities to help the business and citizens of Bremerton and Kitsap County. The Chamber works on economic development and international trade, tourism, tax and regulatory issues as well as community planning and redevelopment.



When we set out to create Axe & Arrow Gastropub one of our major objectives was to be community connected.
