Networking Opportunities
Membership Luncheons are generally held on the third Tuesday of the month and feature interesting speakers who address a variety of business, legislative and community issues. Members receive plenty of time to network as well as learn more about the exciting community in which we live.
After-Hours usually occur on the fourth Thursday of the month and is a great –and FREE! – opportunity to meet fellow businesspeople in a relaxed atmosphere. A different Chamber member hosts this terrific networking event every month, offering lots of fun, stimulating conversation, fabulous door prizes and delicious refreshments.

Committees
ARMED FORCES "Support Our Troops" is not a slogan in Kitsap County – it's a way of life!
A "can-do" attitude certainly helps this committee accomplish the enormous task of planning the nation's longest-running Armed Forces Day Celebration. Included in the festivities a spectacular parade, dance marathon, golf tournament at one of the state's top golf courses and a scholarship program. The committee is also tasked with creating and implementing even more ways to show our community's support for the military.
BUSINESS & EDUCATION This high-energy group is responsible for connecting the business community with the education community. Volunteers organize "Shadow Day" to help students learn about the world of work, host the Welcome Back Breakfast in the fall for Bremerton School District employees, select recipients of the Herbert Goodman Memorial Scholarship and working on issues vital to our children's education.
LEGISLATIVE People who can't get enough of politics have a great time by helping to identify business issues, drafting position papers, conducting candidate forums and meeting with officials on the local, state and federal levels. Committee members work hard on enhancing the business climate through legislative channels.
MEMBERSHIP & MARKETING This committee was specially designed for creative and outgoing people. Projects include Operation Thank You, coordinating membership drives, organizing networking activities such as the after-hours, and meeting new people through the business mentor program. They also coordinate the Chamber's annual trade show, the "Shape Your Future" Expo.
